What role will you play?
Reporting to the Head of IAM, the Identity Governance Specialist assists in building and supporting strategic platforms for managing, requesting, approving and monitoring access to business platforms and user applications. The Identity Governance Specialist works closely with different stakeholders and Innovapost’s outsourcing partners to facilitate the delivery and support of Identity Governance services and adherence to Identity policies and procedures.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Participate in the development and maintenance of an IAM technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups, aligned with long-term that delivers needed business agility to adapt to changing market conditions
• Understand operational, regulatory, and other risks related area of Access Lifecycle Services
• Work with the Head of IAM and stakeholders to understand user access requirements to sensitive data and to define IAM processes
• Work to maintain an effective and timely program to manage identity and access privileges
• Assist in the delivery of key IAM projects such as: Sailpoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity integration with cloud platforms
• Work to drive the adoption of IAM directives, standards, frameworks and guidelines by business users
• Analyze data and access processes and procedures to deliver recommendations for greater efficiency by building process(es) to reduce operational risks.
• Create and contribute to specific analytics and reporting goals, in support of the overall success of Security CoE and business strategies.
• Excel in relationship building and working with various teams to assist in completion of all certifications across the enterprise.
• Oversee adherence to tasks for access governance functions; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Governance including access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures, etc.
• Interface with Innovapost’s outsourcing partners to ensure Innovapost’s access management policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Assist in delivery a best-in-class identity and access management experience for business users and Innovapost users
• Ensure that IAM services are performed in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
• Mentor stakeholders on Identity and Access Management topics as required.
• Remain current on new products and tools emerging in the IAM space.
What does it take for this role to be yours?
• Access Management: understanding of the principles of privileged and production access, as well as strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles.
• Client Management: experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business partners
• Project Management: experienced in managing multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a proven track record of successful IAM deployments
• Experience supporting and managing IGA integration with various SAP applications
• Experience in cloud Identity management with various cloud providers.
• Experience with Directories such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of Federated access to applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM and other Federation protocols.
• Experience writing Powershell, Perl and other scripts to gather and triage information.
• Experience managing and analysing Identity data and preparing reports with MS Excel.
Additional skills that set you apart:
• Technical or architectural experience in IAM solutions is a strong asset
• Security and Risk Management: knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, COBiT, ISO 27001, ITIL, CIS and ITSG is preferred
Education and certification:
Academic :
Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent (required), Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Asset)
Certifications :
- PMP (Asset), ITIL foundations (Asset)
- Certifications: CIAM (Asset), CISSP (Asset), ITIL foundations
